Use this page to request deletion of personal data associated with ForgingApps website inquiries or ForgingApps Facebook Page interactions.
How to Request Deletion
Email hello@forgingapps.com from the address associated with your data, or include enough information for us to identify the relevant Facebook Page interaction, contact form submission, or business conversation. Use the subject line Data Deletion Request if possible.
What We Delete
After verifying the request, we delete or anonymize data tied to your identifier across our systems, including contact-form records, support notes, raw automation logs, and Facebook Page automation records that we control.
Facebook Page Data
For Facebook comments, messages, and reactions, you may delete your own content directly in Facebook. You can also email us with the relevant profile name, comment link, message context, or screenshot so we can remove or anonymize matching records in systems controlled by ForgingApps.
Timeline and Confirmation
We complete verified deletion requests within 30 days unless a longer period is required by law or needed to verify identity. We email a confirmation when the request is complete.
Limits
We may retain minimal records when required for security, fraud prevention, legal obligations, dispute handling, accounting, or proof that a deletion request was fulfilled. We do not control copies held by Meta/Facebook or other third-party platforms under their own terms.
